In to have an effective web conference , technological tools and products are needed . Frameworks such as WebEx , PlaceWare and MS Net can be used in setting-up Web conference applications . These tools enable efficiency in conducting business across the globe in real-time

The MS Net framework can be used as a software technology used in creating mobile applications for communication . It allows for the interoperability of the programs created through MS

Net to run on other platforms , thereby allowing MS Net applications to become as portable as necessary regardless of the platform used . The biggest advantage of using this framework is that it gives companies the chance to create their own applications for web conferencing based on their needs . The only possible hindrance is that doing so requires company financial tangible and manpower resources

On the other hand , WebEx provides a web conferencing tool depending on the size and scope of the online conference . For example , WebEx provides separate tools for individual professionals , small to medium businesses and large business and enterprise , thereby matching the fitting web conference features with the corresponding conference requirements . The only limitations to the degree of customization of the conference tool are the more detailed and more specific requirements of the end-user
