One example is when the suggestion box was introduced . The human resources department and the management staff held the introduction in a meeting . Everybody knew about the suggestion box and , up until now , we are using it effectively

Another example is when the team will be required overtime work for four Saturdays . The reason was well-explained in the over-all management-staff meeting , and managers were ready to answer questions about it all the time . There was no violent reaction whatsoever and the staff cooperated
