In designing a lesson plan to include group learning , a good teacher must always come up with a ways that must help keep the students on the task at hand , makes the classroom more exiting and that which improve classroom management . Since am interested in group learning , I would remodel the lesson plan to make sure that all the students have been given an opportunity to contribute during the lesson . It must encompass division of labour among the students , whereby every student must be assigned and be responsible for a portion of the problem solving . In designing the lesson plan , the teacher must select the group members according to predetermined criteria . He must look at the different levels of academic achievements , different learning styles , and personality pros among the students . Groups must socialize with each other...
