Document 's organization : The document has been organized fairly well for a beginner to get

started with

using Microsoft Outlook . It explains the features in a much needed detail with a stepwise approach . This helps the user follow the instructions in real-time on his or her computer and get accustomed to it at a steady pace . For example , the Navigation Pane ' has a detailed explanation with all the functions which can be explored by the user The Toolbars ' section is also well explained with function details as New Item ' Print ' Move to Folder ' Delete ' etc . which are a must know for a beginner . However , this structure could have been made a little more user-friendly had it followed a uniform stepwise approach across s . While s such as Navigation Pane ' Outlook Today ' selecting notification option under New Mail Arrival ' etc has a stepwise , similar significant s as Deleting Email ' Deleting Calendar Items ' Appointment ' Meeting Event ' etc . could have included a more detailed instruction possibly with some pictorial representations of the required steps
