In his characteristics authoritarian manner , he can just work into the office and give s for termination of appointment of any staff whom he considers not to be making enough contributions towards the marketing and sales of the company 's stock items
As an importer of heavy-duty vehicles spare parts , the CEO has little or no formal managerial training to handle human beings (human resources in a work /office situation .
