As the sole owner of the company the CEO believes that he knows everything about management , and that no one else should make meaningful suggestions to the improvement and growth of the company . In his characteristics authoritarian manner , he can just work into the office and give s for termination of appointment of any staff whom he considers not to be making enough contributions towards the marketing and sales of the company 's stock items

As an importer of heavy-duty vehicles spare parts , the CEO has little or no formal managerial training to handle human beings (human resources in a work /office situation . The same can be said of finance and accounting disciplines in which he assumes professional knowledge , even though he never had any training for such responsibilities . He was said to have dropped out of school while studying Business Administration at the University of Sao Paulo , Brazil before venturing into buying and selling of vehicles spare parts
