Areas of Interest I chose this for my research because it is an interesting which would challenge my mind and research skills in analysing the marketing of military organizations in recruiting its members . Executive summary
As the title suggests this critically analyses the marketing strategies used in military recruitment . Through appropriate research and literature the study looks into the various ways military organizations employ various marketing strategies to enhance talent recruitment and retention . An overview of marketing in military recruitment will be critically analysed and touched in the first chapter which is the introduction part . Thereafter various research questions formulated for the success of this study will be touched to ensure that the findings are credible and valid
Abstract
Marketing has played an integral role in the military recruitment because it ensures talent recruitment and retention . This study asserts that the best military organizations are able to offer splendid and professional services to their retrospective organizations . In this light , the quality of military personnel recruited matters a lot in terms of service delivery and intelligence . It can be argued that security has become a major issue world wide and hence the need to recruit and retain the most competent military force . Military organizations usually employ the use of various models of advertising to ensure that they are appealing to their target audiences which comprise of young and vibrant stakeholders . Military work has various implications for instance militia may be injured or killed in the line of duty and hence the need to ensure that good marketing is done to motivate the target stakeholders to join the military

The literature review for the purpose of this research was done use various sources to enhance the validity and credibility of the study . Secondary data was the main source of information for the literature review . For example , the literature used to conduct the study was obtained from text books , articles in scholarly journals accounting books , and the internet
