I believe my background and experience in salesmanship , community design and customer service would be a brilliant addition to your effort . As a sales manager , I can transfer my ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies to my team and boost resulting net sales tremendously

p I have worked in the home-sales field for the last eight years . Two of my most memorable projects were for Condev Homes , and Lennar homes . For Lennar homes I was given responsibility for a declining sales region and assigned two assistants and two sales associates . Formulating new sales strategies I and my team were able to turn this community around and sell out a full nine months ahead of projections . For Condev Homes I was assigned an assistant and a sales associate . I was responsible for planning the marketing and sales of a 50 home community . Some of the work included community layout , color choices , and even assisting in drafting of the HOA governing documents . I have also worked for Burgoon-Berger Premiere Homes and presently am employed by KB Homes

I attribute my success to my interpersonal and customer service skills which I built on a good foundation . I graduated in 1999 from the Broward County Community college with an associate 's degree in Business Management . The courses I took provided me with a good start in business management , marketing , and customer service . More recently , in 2003 and 2004 , I attended an intense 120 Hour sales seminar to help keep myself informed and my skills honed
