I would say that Biology has been a great part in deciding to which career path I will pursue . Dealing with the leaving things and its various studies makes me fascinated and wonder why human looks like an Orangutan , and why I defensively react when friends call me `Orangutan Simple things explained by Biology , of why I eat when I feel hungry and drink when thirsty can be answered by studying Biology . The laboratory works gives me thrill and excitement , with the use of apparatus and experiments to evaluate . These activity works contributes to finding solutions and treatments to illness and make further studies

It was 6 years old then when I considered Biology as my field of course Since I was perceptive with illness from infancy , I had to spend most of my childhood in a hospital . This may seem not normal compared to other children spending times with their friends in the playground . But then I did not envy them because I had good friends in the infirmary where I stayed . It was a young doctor who was in-charge of examining this child patient . Unlike the old scary doctor , who gave me a prescription with tons of tasteless medicines , this doctor was a nice young woman who was a fresh graduate from a university and a newbie with her profession but works competently . She always brought something special to surprise me and sometimes read story from books when my parents were too busy to visit me . She even gave me some snacks secretly , when the old doctor prohibited chips and candies few days after I was admitted in the hospital . As a kid , living without snacks was like living without breathing . But this young doctor who took the care for me , I lived in that cark yet cozy hospital with happiness and hope in heart . The way of her treatment made me in good health which in a little while I was discharged from that infirmary or hospital

Her face did not linger much in my memory but I am thankful to meet her in my life which inspired me to pursue to take the course of being a Pediatrician from then . The happiness and hope she shed in my faith , and how I see my future towards to

And now as a student who wants to be and will be a pediatrician , I want to learn more about the attractive medical science and become a physician for children who can shed and share hope and happiness during their health-check . I am pursuing to get this degree and be a hope-giver ' as well to others
