Undoubtedly , unity is an integral component of lasting and rewarding human relationships since it enables people to transcend petty and insignificant personal differentials and embrace all encompassing and beneficial oneness . Consequently , the people draw together after establishing common grounds for close relationships . Over the last week I have tried to demonstrate unity in line with universal spiritual principles that emphasize unity among peoples (Frederick and Mary . As such , I have

been instrumental in not only aspiring to intimately get acquainted with my classmates , but also allowing them to know me at a personal level . This process has been facilitated through my courteous and diplomatic discussions with my colleagues which have enabled me to glen useful details about their personalities , likes , and dislikes . I have also made my important preferences and dislikes become known to the persons I have chatted with . This strategy has brought us together based on a common understanding of each others ' inclinations and aversions

Thanks to the aforementioned process , I now find the company of my colleagues very pleasant since we usually have a lot of things to talk about . These circumstances are very different from the preceding ones whereby I used to relate with my colleagues on a very superficial level It was as if our contact had a purely business or casual feel . This means that we never used to discuss issues that are not related to official functions...
