The United States of America should ratify the Kyoto Protocol and save the earth from global warming . The Kyoto Protocol is an international agreement linked to the United Nations framework convention on Climate Change and was conceived to work towards reducing the greenhouse gas (GHG ) emissions . The Kyoto Protocol is the first official legally binding contract that places the burden of the depleting natural resources on the industrial activities of the developed countries , thus
