The United States has been in a safe position since the fall of the Soviet Union only that as expected , it has been threatened by an avalanche of economic , political , military and regional forces . A number of her noble programs to other countries including provision of technical expatriates , relief materials to troubled , engagement in peace talks have endeared her to the heart of many internationally .
