Justice is considered as one of the most important ingredients in ensuring that the society obtains law and in its day to day activities . The criminal justice system in any society consists of the government system as well as the other law enforcing agencies , which are held responsible of controlling the rates of crime in the society whereby the various law breakers are held accountable for their crimes

Within a given criminal justice system , there is expected to be application of justice which will ensure that the law offenders are able to obtain their legal rights as well as other human rights .
