Unfair Hiring Practices There are many unfair hiring practices that are still in place today in the United States . It was at one point decided that these unfair hiring practices needed to stop and from the outside it would appear that they have . There have been set limits on the number of minorities that firms needed to hire and these minorities are being hired by the firms and companies on a regular basis . However there is a theory that there are still some problems in the work force and that these problems are

still occurring in unfair hiring practices
There are no longer blatant forms of discrimination however there is the typical time when all of the employees in an area seem to fit a specific pro and have specific types to the employees that they hire . It would seem that there are multiples of the same type of person with little or no difference . It is sad when someone has to worry about discrimination based upon the hair that they have or the fact that they have a tattoo or piercing . There are so many different types of discrimination that are still present in the workplace however the overt discriminations that were seen in the past seem to be better overall
Overall there are no ways to prove that this discrimination still exists . There are many reasons that someone would be able to give in their ability to describe what they want in an employee . Some of those things...
