Unfair Treatment
Special education children 's preferential treatment- Is it always fair Concerning the given situation , I , as the parent of a child , I would be indignant . The fight was caused by both children , or , at least , they both contributed to it , as of them stopped the conflict . They both have been involved , so the consequences should be the same , no matter that one of them has special needs The situation should be evaluated corectly , considering all the causes that led to the fight . Who was the guilty one ? Who instigated the other to

a fight ? As a parent , I would try to be fair regarding both my child and the special education student . This correctness involves a fair treatment and not a preferential attitude . If my child deserved indeed to be suspended for a longer time than the other , then I can 't say anything , because he done something wrong but considering that it 's about a fight between children and not a crime , they should receive the same treatment
The administrator will state for sure that the special education children are less guilty , because it has special educational needs and can not be discriminated . I don 't consider that in this situation has anything to do with discrimination , as the children are supposed to receive the same penalty . Of course , the regular education child is perceived as being more responsible for the fight , as he has all the necessary resources for a good education and behavior . The problem is...
