Compared to his school , these institutions showcase better facilities and equipped teachers that sought to address every student needs and at the same time create better avenues for learning . Joe 's case is only one of the many realistic situations happening in the realm of American Education . As the budget gradually decreases for public school funding , the quality of teachers and the capability of an institution to facilitate learning also dramatically drops . Funding is not the only issue in education . Inequality still prevails amongst the variations of races among students . Most of the time the minority education and international students face simultaneous problems adjusting into the curriculum . In addition , the same unequal treatment can be seen from disabled minorities . With the constant clamor for educational reform , inequality is still present among different societal boundaries . In the end , the government must facilitate better avenues for learning and at the same time create fair and equal opportunities for students

The seeks to address the problems plaguing American Education and how it has spurred new developments in the quest for uplifting the status of the ones deprived . It is through this , that there had been many initiatives to promote educational reform in the sector . However being such the case , there needs to be a developed approach on how educators , institutions and governments must coordinate and collaborate to attend to the needs of Joe , and millions of students studying in America who are deprived of such privilege
