The United States is known as a forerunner of democracy and liberty . In to successfully exercise this , the country has worked its way to become the most stable and powerful country in the world . This may not have been attained if the government , instead of embodying both liberty and stability within the state 's constitution , delineated from the current article and

amendments as specified in its current set of laws

In the case of the first amendment specifying the freedom of religion press , and expression , the title itself speaks that there shall be no law that may prohibit the free exercise of religion , abridge the freedom of speech or the press . It also says that the right to peaceably assemble and ask for redress of grievances may never be prohibited (Mount , 2008 . As such , this amendment greatly embodies liberty as it allows for complete freedom and prohibits any act that may infringe it It also prevents any government official to interfere with any matters that may be considered as depending on the decision of the person involved alone . This also excludes the government from the private lives of the people , thus giving them the liberty for the personal preferences . With the people being able to exercise their freedom on important aspects of their lives , this may lead to contentment as citizens of...
