The respondents in the UNITED STATES V . WADE case had been charged for robbing a federally insured bank and for conspiracy . In the process of identifying the respondents , the law enforcement lined up the suspects each wrapped without tape strips in their face just as the robber had alleged done (FindLaw , 2010 .
