The hindering factor of many viable policies is making the suggested strategies practical . Many reasonable policies have gone to waste because they have not been put to realization . Therefore , this is aimed at closely scrutinizing the factors that contribute to the irrelevance of viable strategies that the UK has put in place to attain resilience . Most of the factors lay in the whole process of the formation of the policies hence leading to them not being practically used for their purpose . The formulators largely interfere with the

implementation stage due to the distracters present . Such distracters run from the governing authority to the media stations which give deceive the general public about given products . Therefore , any given country should put in place measure to control the destruction of their resources . More to these , enough funds should be apportioned to the whole process of resilience and accountability by the institutions in place be observed . Penalties should be directed to the companies that do not follow the stipulated regulations

In making the strategies , this will largely consider the role individual minds play in the process . More emphasis will be put on the perception created in the mind on the general public and the business fraternity
