The Reasons for the Division

The United States Constitution is an instrument that serves as the backbone of the nation 's government . It outlines the fact that the government shall be divided equally into three parts . The legislative judicial and the presidential branches are supposed to prevent tyranny from happening . It shall be an evident fact that the forefathers are trying to get away with the kind of government that England had . It

shall also be put into consideration that the United States is composed of different `states ' with different concerns and individuality . Each would want to rule by themselves

Thus , in some way , the Constitution serves as a compromise which shall guarantee the citizens and the States in general will have `perfect union , establish justice , provide common defense and /or security promote general welfare , and ensure domestic tranquility and secure blessings of liberty . The division of the government entails to limit the possibility of monarchy and tyranny from arising as a result of democracy . The forefathers are knowledgeable of the possibility that the majority might out rule several minorities that may result from corruption of democracy , thus , in the process of dividing the government , the possibility is somehow marginalized with the checks and balances that each part of the government impose on the other
