Tyco 's Scandal

One of the ethical issues on the Tyco 's scandal was the conflict of interest with the chairman of the board of directors being a Tyco employee (Ferrell et al , 2008 . While an outsider would have followed up any conflicts , Kozlowski was not in a position to reflect any negative happenings in the company . So in essence he was in a position to influence the board of directors according to his wishes and the wishes of the company
