Two-Way ANOVA Scenario Twenty-four students volunteered to participate in study. On randomly assigned, counterbalanced weeks they attended for experimental sessions of neuromuscular technique (NMT). One session was a
Statistics Project Name University Course Level Course Task Introduction A statistical study was carried out with a aim of finding out if there was a difference in different types of massage sessions of neuromuscular technique (NMT . In the study , 24 students were entered as the subjects and they underwent different treatments and techniques Measurements for subjects ' hip flexion range of motion (ROM ) were taken at baseline when no treatments had been applied . Then , a treatment of a warm-up massage to the hamstrings was applied to the subjects

and the ROM measured again . The two techniques were then used . The techniques were the Gliding technique (GLD ) and the `Static ' technique (STC Measurements were then taken again . The results were recorded for comparison
From this study , there are two levels of treatments , the first one being the warm-up massage and the next level containing the two techniques of NTM , GLD and STC
Results and discussion
Independent variables
There are three levels of independent variables
Factor 1 (Massage ) has two levels
When there 's no treatment (Baseline measure
After the warm-up massage
Factor 2 (NTM treatment ) has three levels
Before massage
After Massage
After Treatment
The number of independent variables is as follows
GLD pre-massage (GLDPre
GLD after massage (GLDMass
GLD Post treatment (GLDPost
STC pre-massage (STCPre
STC during massage (STCMass
STC Post massage (STCPost
Hence , this study contains six independent variables
Dependent Variables
The dependent variable in the study is the subjects ' hip flexion range of motion (ROM ) which varies for all...
