At board level there should be sufficient expertise and knowledge to be able to create a realistic training policy to link corporate strategy with its achievement through those who have to implement it . Though there are steps to be followed in training in to achieve the desired outcome . As a new employee and letting someone instruct you on your daily job responsibilities could help in a little way but would not be successful somehow . First and foremost , job responsibilities were further explained during the interviews and of course during orientations .
