Training and Development The field of training and development are important to the general concern of the present society as this serves as the tool for preparing and developing individuals who are highly capable , efficient and effective towards their respective tasks and responsibilities . However because of the rapidly increasing necessity for specific skills and informations due to the development of the organizations and institutions in the present , the level of trainings given must also be significantly enhance to achieve better results for the society . New concepts relevant to the social operations

and institutions such as the technological development and information expansion push through the need for more extensive awareness and training in the present and the near future . In this concern , the training professionals need to develop through integrating new skills and informations in their training approaches and strategies to produce more innovative and effective employee population in the future
To improve the training approaches and strategies of the concerned professionals , these new informations and practices must first be accepted by the management for the necessary integration in the operations of the organization . The training aspect itself will then be shifted to a performance analysis approach wherein this field is focus in helping the business meet its performance needs . In this approach the training aspect must now incorporate new and future trends in their strategies and approaches to realize their function in the organization Trends such as the information and technological development must then be considered as the future is projected to be significantly dependent on these concepts . Thus , the training strategies must be updated towards the technological advancement in the business course as part of their future outlook . Skills such as information and technology awareness are then necessary for training professional for them to be able to incorporate these concepts in their functions
In general , among the necessary skills needed for the training professional is the integration of the new functional perspective , the future trends such as technological development , and the information awareness thus , enabling these professional to cope up with the future needs and requirement of the business community from the employees . With the inclusion of the future trends and development in the training concern that the professionals involves in this field be able to produce more efficient , effective and highly capable individuals for the increasing demands regarding the tasks and responsibilities of the business sector in the present and of the future
