CLASSROOM TRAINING In a fast-paced technology where modern and faster methods for training are available , classroom training can still be considered a competent method to train in the most affordable manner employees simultaneously However , effective classroom training is like a three-chain ecological niche . If one tampers one part of it , the whole is affected and destroyed . In the same way , classroom training can be effective if its three components namely , trainer , classroom and subject /content are present . and to maintain a good relationship with trainees , the trainer should provide them with quality instructions applications , documentation and other resources that are deemed necessary for the training . But they do not necessarily have to be experts to become an effective trainer . They only need to consider classroom basics . First is RESPECT . Everyone expects it , and when trainees take the floor to convey what 's on their minds , they expect the trainers to give it to them . It 's such a broad , abstract matter that will only drop a few hints for better understanding . It means listening - listening heartily that is . Respecting trainees would also mean being ethical . With these and more , a trainer can effectively achieve his objectives for the training
Documentation of information that is fed to trainees must also be accurate , clear , and useful once they get back to their respective works . Other resources deemed necessary for the employment of the trainees can also be helpful . In such case , trainees do not only learn the fundamentals of training , but may keep up with the changing technology as well . Lastly , personal issues and conflicts between the trainer and his students can sometimes happen . The chances of having conflicts however , can be reduced by the trainer . All he needs to do is to remain professional as possible . And a trainer can only do this if he sets aside personal issues that can ruin the entire training process
CLASSROOM
A classroom that is used for training plays an important role in producing efficient trainees or students . Its arrangement and set-up together with its available tools are important to assess the efficacy of the training process . The training room should then create a more conducive-to-learning environment wherein all the training participants can interact well with their trainers . Facilities for training like LCD projector , visual aids , lapel microphone , laptop , and the like should also be available especially when discussion of procedures , plans and other relevant matters will already begin . More so , these training tools have to be regularly updated in for these trainees to keep up with the fast-paced globalization . The training lab should also have tables for brain storming sessions , planning and conceptualizing the subject of the training . Apart from it , the workspace of the room should also be adequate and wide enough for the participants so they can work freely and comfortably
