The United States of America as a powerful nation and an influential country throughout the globe controls most of the economies and political situation in many countries in Europe and Asia . Hence , this country also entails problems that affect their political and economic power within the country and other countries . These problems do not only affect the United States economy but also

does create problems regarding the country 's constitution . It is implied that these problems affect more on to the common people . The government services to the public were reduced as a result of those problems . More people suffer from unemployment , poor status of living , etc

One of the problems the United States is facing considers moral standard in which pinpoints Bush administration declaring war against Iraq , violating human rights of Iraqi 's and the rules of war . Despite of the Americans continuous protests regarding the issue , violence was still observed in the attacks in Iraq . In this case , the legislative body of the United States is in need for amendments regarding the United States Constitution . In Article 2 , section 2 of the United States Constitution

I propose to cut the power of the president in appointing higher officials (ambassadors , consuls , and judges etc ) in not to control most of the legislative officials , implying not to impose an immediate declaration of war to any country the Presidents wanted to annihilate . I am also suggesting that the legislative body would be assign to create a special council regarding appointing higher officials of the state in purpose of creating balance in both executive and legislative body (Article II : The Executive Branch , 2006

U .S . citizens as of today are experiencing lack of medical and social security needs . Considering that the government overspends to the military and its equipment development , the government should also notice the needs of its people in allowing a larger budget in medical needs (i .e . medicine ) and social security aspects . In tolerating lack of social programs for the people of the United States specifically to the youth , more youth will be engaged in pre-marital sex , early pregnancy and addiction to drugs .
