Using the census as basis for this study and research about the number of slaves in ten among the 50 states of the United States of America wherein there had been no huge amount slaves and those states with the highest number of slaves . In reality the first decade or the opening of the 19th century marked a change in the society of America . With racism as one of the biggest issue and the growing and changing society continues to degrade most of the Black Americans , it has been one of the most interesting s to discuss in this .
