What convictions guide you in dealing with your own suffering

First , I know for a fact that sufferings are life 's inevitable challenges . Through these challenges , there is no easy way out but giving up . However , giving up is the most regretful thing you can ever do in your life . Giving up is not an option for me

Sufferings are not forever . They are bound to end , and I must find a way how to endure it . I believe that no matter how hard it seems there is no suffering I can not

endure . No matter how seemingly unbearable , there is always a way to go through it . Every problem , truly , has a solution - and it is for me not to invent but to discover . In finding the solution I must not be blinded by pain , but seek the light that is in hope

Life is a whole learning experience . Sufferings are the tests if life . I know that through these tests , I can gain immeasurable wisdom . The prize of overcoming sufferings is worth all the pain . Through all the hardships , I become a stronger and better person . I have this inner strength that is capable of enduring and winning over the pain and hardships . This strength is developed through the process . Being strong is not being sturdy from falling but is managing to stand again after falling
