Based on my research there are so many cases of Ethnic and Racial Profiling of African Americans which

are generally related to crimes but not on terrorism and if ever there are any then that must be a very rare case

Though ethnic and racial profiling is against the law and our law enforcements authorities are knowledgeable about it yet there are still so many problems and cases related to it . I think it is because our Law Enforcers are just generalizing certain racial or ethnic groups which are also based on there Statistical Records or just their personal experiences . That suggest our law enforcers have basis and it is not solely because of racial or ethnic groups of people but the number of cases they had handled ever since and it is most of the time the same groups all over again . They are not discriminating but I think just generalizing that tends to become an abuse ' later on

For African Americans who may be a victim of profiling I think , must not over react because we have sufficient laws and a lot of help from other concerned people and our law enforcers cannot just violate the laws easily unless it becomes personal and they are abusive that they become the terrorist themselves
