Introduction

The world is increasingly becoming more globalised due to improvements in technology and liberalization of trade and business . The business environment is defined by a large number of players with varied ability It is no longer enough to have resources to fully harness opportunities that exists in the capitalistic business environment due to the complexity of the operational landscape .
