Therefore it is the ultimate responsibility of the individual , the community where he resides and the government of the nation . to make sure conditions are suitable to promote good health . This is done through personal efforts community participation in health care delivery , government policies on health and services offered by the health care team . This is not restricted to the health facility as other arms of the economy are also involved these are the human service organizations p

A lot of improvements have been introduced into medicine and health care but it is not insufficient to manage emergencies cries hat occur by artificial or natural causes , the trend of infectious disease like HIV /AIDS ad the scourge of cancers and cardiovascular diseases . This has been largely due to limited co-operation between the community and the health care facility , possibly because of the Iron triangle of health consisting of cost , quality and access

Innovations emerge ion our world daily , with the singular aim of making work easier , improving the speed of delivery and upgrading efficiency In the midst of the world of limited internet service and enormous technological advancements there is one technology I think can become useful for this generation . Considering the enormous challenges that have arisen from combustion of fuel , release and accumulation of cxarbiodioxide leading to global warming , there must be an alternative to our energy generation and consumption . And this is use of the solar energy that threatens our world to generate energy for work ! This would be of tremendous use to our world : if a hardware can be made to trap the energy of sunlight to power office equipment , home appliances and industrial machines , it can even be harnessed for certain hospital aseptic techniques
