First , I use to think that each and every team is one another , and therefore my opinion were then changed by my own personal experiences , which basically include heavy work with various companies which were sprinkled across the U .S . When I was an individual contributor in my organization where I was working , I was hardly in that particular self-organization crowd , only because I not to be more and more directed . Therefore as a result what I found

was that I along with so many of my very intelligent and hardworking co-workers at several companies felt that we as the team knew a lot of stuff and could proceed at the best possible ways . I thus resented all the management based handing down decisions that usually seemed misinformed for the entire situation

It is very much important to emphasize that my experience related to the managing and also to the growing software teams has thinking regarding the self-organization . My current situation as the Chief Technology Officer of the Headspring systems basically finds me as managing a company with along 10 software developers . This is actually from where management comes in . My main approach towards the management has some basic roots in what not to do .
