Over the years , I have worked with many teams for school , organization and work . In my experience , the recruitment team I worked with stands out for its professionalism and ability to achieve and go beyond its commitments while maintaining a friendly and relaxed atmosphere . There was camaraderie among all team members . From the onset , members shared the same interests work-wise , but each had unique ways of doing his or her work . This diversity worked as people picked up new techniques from others . The introduction of new ideas often leads to creating novel ways of working better , and this was true for our team (Eisenberger , 1999 Further , the team leader gave members freedom to use own methods as long as they can reach the set quota . Given different hiring requirements members do not see each other as competition . Rather , they were each responsible for doing parts of a single team goal .
