Coming together is a beginning . Keeping together is progress . Working together is success ' this according to Henry Ford , the founder of Ford Motor Company and the father of modern assembly lines used in mass production . Henry Ford was credited for the word Fordism ' that is the mass production of large numbers of inexpensive automobiles using the assembly line which would finish a car in 98 minutes .
