Team dynamics are forces that work between different people in a group It influences how the group performs , how they communicate , and other social things taking place in the team . Team communication affects on how the team members will participate in a particular task Communication is influenced by the sender , receiver and message . Face to face communication can also be termed as personal communication between people interacting with each other Whilst , remote communication requires a tool or device in to communicate . These devices includes mails , cell phones , telephones electronic mails and through the internet . Remote communication is seen when communicating through these tools / devices

Forms of communication includes oral communication , written communication , formal communication , informal communication , verbal communication , and non-verbal communication . Oral communication is a form of communication which is transmitted through speech . This form of communication is course of action of speaking and listening . Written communication is done through writing . Examples include e-mail , memos faxes and business letters . Members of a certain group have to come across the team 's behavior and / or look on how the group of people interact / perform as a team .
