Today , organization management and leadership do not only involve the top most executives of a company or a business firm . It is rather a multi-generated process that requires the efforts of the whole company 's human input , research , analysis , evaluation and decision making for the success of the company . This stems from the fact that as humans we are not perfect and therefore the complementing of one another solves the sum . For any firm

to succeed , there are the set goals which are guided by the missions , vision , aims , strategies , plans and tasks that are networked by leadership . In this sense , it is important to note that leadership in organization is not the effort of a few well paid individuals but a complex relationship for all the employees . The success of a firm by hitting the targeted mark of making profit and adding value to all its associations prepares for the next period of business and motivates human capital in the company for the better end

Leadership in organization and management involves the senior management providing the base and paths to be followed .
