Table organizers are excellent tools to use in promoting learning comprehension and retention . Leaning

can be an arduous task if done in a monotonous manner . Most of the time , teachers re only focused on imparting knowledge by means stating information incorporated in books Sometimes they ignore the need for interactive materials that often results to less engaged or unenthusiastic students . Because of this both the teachers and the students ' time and energy are easily used up without producing any positive end results

Through the use of graphic organizers such as the tables in MS Word the exchange of information between teachers and students can be made faster and easier . This visual aids can enhance the ability of students to read and understand images and texts . More so , their analytical skills can be further improved . By chunking ideas into smaller concepts students can quickly comprehend the meaning .
