Blade PC uses a SAN storage system in to save data and all the data is stored centrally on a data center . A thin client terminal is setup at the users ' workstation . The system has proved to be very reliable regarding data security and increase in productivity , because users have no directly abusing opportunity to the data . Moreover each users pro and data is not stored on the Blade PC but on the data server . Thus in case of one Blade PC 's failure the user can instantly login on another PC and continue his work without any problem . Moreover the hardware recovery time and the power consumption are also reduced dramatically Though this is a good solution regarding data security , but the solution is more expensive and costly and is only suitable for large enterprises where more seats are required , hence lowering cost of implementation

The challenges faced by the IT department include fierce competition making PCSR a leader in the real estate market , to embrace IT because most home users expect to search and receive information via internet lack of technical proficiency on top management level , lack of full time IT and development staff , Bob unaware how to combine voice and data and he also wanted to convert hit rate into business opportunity .
