Particularly in these times in a fast paced world , where comfort , luxury and extravagant life styles being most wanted by women in ordinary status , celebrities , models actress etc , are all in one or the other choose the latest fabric and design in swimwear that is more appealing at beaches without inviting any critic remarks of audience or even on personal grounds

20th century swimwear designs initially were introduced by Jantzen Inc .which introduced rib stitch ' was similar to rubber style and remained in shape even in wet condition . 1920s brought a new

style of short skirts and in this decade , malliot style became popular as the swimwear was in two pieces . Further with the California style ' a single piece fabric came into use . A popular art called Deco mode took off with tubular suits which featured deers , antelopes and greyhounds

In 1930s paved the way for more positive and fast developments in swimwear giving a new look for women . staple ' which was designed as a skirt above the knee giving a shoulder line around the neck , similar to the design of an apron also became popular to improve the figure of women giving still more neat and appealing look to swimwear . Rubber suits were also in great demand with smooth finishing and knitted fabrics which gave a beautiful look for a woman in swimwear . Designing of swimwear on rayon , silk , linen also became a fashion trend in these years . In 1940s instead of rayon , silk and linen , cotton . sharkskin and rayon were used for swimwear . Also synthetic fibres such as Celanese rayon , satin Lastex and nylastic began to be used instead of natural fabrics . Mother and daughter swimwear suits , couple swimwear suits also were in great demand with these materials . Bikini which has an original name as Atome ' was introduced...
