The damaged caused to the victim is more mental and social than physical . In the case of the client , it is both , as the physical damage has led her to the carriage of a baby . However , it is important to give equal importance to the mental distress she is going through . The social discrimination is not a big issue in the Western world , as people are far open minded and respect the individual 's decisions . However , in a sharp contrast , the eastern world , especially in strict Muslim countries , this is treated to be sin of God , and hence social status is to be determined too...
