Today Robots are being programmed to develop and learn in a way that is designed to mirror human learning processes through observation and social experiences . Although there are currently a large number of different robots that all possess different skills and abilities , if these could be combined into one single robot the effect could be quite significant . Scientists have started to place increased focus on Social Robots , robots that , must have two characteristics . It must be both situated , and it must be embodied (Henig , 2007 , 4 .
