Moreover , the Earth 's surface is made up of 75 of H2O thus , making it extremely significant to life (Crystal , 1990 Explaining further , this is precisely the reason why the climate may be altered (Allen , 1939 . In spite of all the aforementioned facts though there are problems with regards to water that will greatly affect human race . These problems include the following
