THE BOSS IS STILL THE BOSS My boss is not doing his job and I want him to change his approach in his managerial works A successful company has a well promoted and well marketed product . Its staff is well compensated and the company must always have a budget for a new product or for any other innovative purposes . Problems in any of these aspects reflect the ability of the boss to make rational analysis and make appropriate actions . Threats can become opportunities and may lead to innovation . But only a competitive

boss can make this great impact of changes for he has the power and influence among these aspects . Lets us be more specific about these
According to Alvarez (2003 , the major causes of project failure are communication breakdown , followed by lack of planning , next is poor quality control , and the rest are : specific objectives are not met inadequate coordination with the resources , cost getting out of hand mismanagement of progress and suppliers inconsistency . And among the secondary problems are lacks of resources , lack of clear vision and objectives , lack of training or the Accident project manager phenomenon and identifying strengths and weaknesses of the company
How could a boss cope up with such problems ? Proper management ! And the ways to accomplish this is to gain the trust and loyalty of his people Instill the visions and the objectives that the aim of the company is not just to earn profit but for the employees ' financial and personal development as well . Designate work in people according to their strengths and let their weaknesses be a challenge for their improvement Be it in marketing , financing , human resources , extension and research or other department , they will work in harmony in to achieve their goals . In return , the boss will give good compensations and positive reinforcements .
