Abstract

In the global arena today , there is a tremendous need to realize results at work places and at the same time , the working environment is characterized by stiff competition , lack of time , economic crunch and the perpetual technological developments , which inevitably , leaves managers with the conflicting desire to obtain results . This demand and the working conditions have influenced negatively the mental state of an individual in a workplace or any

organization . It is on this note that this seeks to explore the influence of this stressor on jobs especially among managers and examine if in any way , stressors and performance are connected to the individuals level of a substance called neuroticism . In a broader perspective , effects of such stressor are going to be determined and check whether there are any mitigation factors on the management of the stress . The approach is going to be tagged on theories that have been established and explain the whole phenomena of stressors . In addition to the effects of stressors , my will look into all the possible individuals or agencies that one can approach and seek help regarding organizational stressors
