1 . The team was formed for the purpose of encouraging group learning for professional and scholastic development and to make the most of growth opportunities for group members . The team aims to help each other by facilitating learning and maximizing academic performance . The team is composed of four people each with their own academic goals . Mike , a sociology major aims to develop better comprehension and speed reading skills which he needs for the voluminous amount of material he is required to read . Sandy , a communication major wants joined to

improve her interpersonal communication skills also she aims to do better on her elective subjects that will involve the help of their other team member Timmy , a physics major who also aims to improve reading and composition skills as well as improve his communication skills . The last group member , Sally , a management student , wants help with her organization skills , her reading skills , and her mathematical skills . They all want to do better academically in preparation for their professional careers Mike aims to get into an NGO concerned with children or into UNICEF Sandy is aiming for an Ad Agency . Timmy wants to teach in their college and Sally , wants to have her own company- a restaurant

2 . Mike is good at working in groups . He is a natural leader as demonstrated in the many other group works he has done . Sandy is great with writing and with conceptualizing new ideas . Also Sandy has skills in graphic design and lay outing . Timmy is a rather analytical person He is good with rationalizing and concretizing ideas as well as in math and very patient . Sally is great at being a support person and as a task manager , also she is has an amazing sense of humor and is very light company . All this have been shown in their past engagements . Their skills and strengths have helped to make the relationships in the group smooth and rewarding s well as very productive in many instances

3 . They are however also not without shortcomings . Mike has a problem with his temper especially in very high tension times and when he is hungry . Sandy has problems in sustaining productivity over long periods She easily gets burned out . Timmy has the tendency to sulk when offended or when he is feeling irked for some reason . Sally 's tongue sometimes gets away with her . Good things is that instead of criticizing each other , they offered constructive advice and reminding as well they learned to accept their shortcomings and make up for it

4 . Not all of them are techies . However , they agreed to share know-how and to lend technical support to each other . Sandy even gave them a mini tutorial in graphic software like Photoshop . Timmy has knowledge in programming and computing which he has willingly shared to the others Also they have assigned one of their members to see to particular technological needs
