The beginning of E-businesses was an excellent Era for traditional brick and mortar businesses as well as for those which were thoroughly virtual entities . But like every other industry , this industry soon sought a downfall called as the Dotcom bubble-burst . At this stage many of the E-tailers went out of business due to very positive future concerns as most thought it the best way to enter a market but the idea did not strike well as they had to wind up soon

In this industry , there were many business entities but only a

few managed the bubble burst . One of them is the pioneer , Amazon . How did Amazon survive was more due to a strong supply chain . It is not just about marketing your product instead it 's about managing the customer portfolio as well . Amazon set a perfect example by doing so . Amazon does not have any physical existence and thus operates all way through the web . Amazon has been able to integrate with the back-end suppliers and more producers are willing to showcase their products through Amazon . Amazon has been cautious in coming up with payment schedules as these were one of the main aspects regarding the bubble burst . They maintain a strong relationship with the Credit-Bureaus which enables them to ascertain which customer is worthy and which is not . The credit line has been very strong for Amazon and this has been a factor contributing to the growth of this organization . Important considerations to be made while setting up an E-business are largely related to the supply chain and Credit-bureau . These entities need to have warehouses placed at distant areas so as to cast away the s as soon as possible . Just developing an E-business is not enough as one has to constantly manage the changing environment around and look towards opportunities . Therefore a lot of capital both Human and Financial is required
