Weaknesses Concentrating on the minorities and the special groups . Try and spread itself to other states because most of its concentration is in the state of California . It must also try and penetrate the African countries so that it doesn 't look like a western `thing . By penetrating other states and countries , the business will be able to grow more and outwit its competitors . It will also stand out from the rest . Most businesses are unwilling to penetrate the African countries especially the ones dealing with the fast foods . This can be a good opportunity for them . Concentrating on the minorities might even bring more profits than expected
Opportunities Having different products and upgrading what the already have . They can bring in some substitutes like burgers...
