activities in areas as South Australia cooper basin . It holds licenses of Sellick facility and the Aldinga and Christes wells are as a result of the industry 's management 's exploration and drilling programmes

Brief overview of the Beach Petroleum

Beach Petroleum is a public company that is based in Adelaide South Australia and is listed on the Stock Exchange .It holds a number of petroleum exploration licenses in the Cooper Basin , South Australia .In the year 2000 it undertook an exploration program in the Cooper Basin that was successful and it also discovered oil fields at Sellicks and Adlinga wells . It has been producing oil at the two wells using the production testing method and currently the industry is undertaking some production tests so as to extend its operations . It was started in the year 1962 and was the first onshore gas exploration in the Otway basin of West Victoria . The beach petroleum was the only beach in Victoria that produced oil from the first FPSO in the offshore Gippsland , the Bass Basin and both the onshore and offshore of the Otway basin

Mr . Reg Springg was the first person to form the company since he had an interest in mining the mineral and had an experience in the geological field . He had the skills and knowledge of exploiting this natural resource and he started the business because he wanted to earn an income and also to supply the country with enough oil and gas that would used in the manufacturing industries . The oil prices were reported to be stable and low and the gas discovered was too little to sustain the demand for oil in the country thus this motivated to venture in his business .He submitted an application to Mr . Santo 's the registrar of mines so as to grant him permission to pursue his career and this was done to him . He started his job of exploiting the mineral in a Frontier Basin although the source of oil had little mineral that was extracted from thus he ventured in another oilfield the beach 's North Paarattee-1 well that had gas that was flew over seven million cubic feet per day The Victoria onshore gas was observed to a potential of gas fuel in same year which would be used to supply enough fuel for the country and in 1984 , they exploited an oil field in Bodalla South oil field in the Cooper or Eromanga that was located in Western...
