The stem cell debate has continued to split the country into two haves of proponents and opponents . Unfortunately , both of these groups are dominated by individuals who know little about the research and therefore less qualified to provide advisory to members of the public But this does not stop both group from attempting to have their ideas being adopted by the administration or respective state governments .
