Statement of Interest

University of California - Los Angeles is considered as the United States pioneer in providing innovative and career-focused education . In accordance , I want to state my interest in continuing my Master 's Degree in Architecture in your esteemed University

Currently , I am taking my Master 's degree in Iran and fortunately , I am the top student with G .P .A of 18 .13 (out of 20 .00 , by passing 26 units

My interest and passion in architecture rooted back when I was still young . I was born and grew in

Isfahan City where beauty and history are reflected in museums of valuable architectural works , wonderful sceneries , unique bridges and free flowing river . When I was a kid , I have tried several times to build a bridge over small streams by imitating splendid bridges like Khajoo Bridge and Sio seh Pol . It was a one of the great memories of my childhood because it was during those times that I was able to free my mind and my creativeness

Influenced by my city 's traditional architecture , I always wonder if I could build something around me that will be able to communicate to people and initiate effects even after 400 years . Accordingly , I wonder whether I could build my own house . Thinking about it today , I feel fortunate because I already learned the ability to look into complicated areas as an architect and build something valuable from it
