In my opinion a person can be happy only he or she finds an occupation that allows full personal and professional realization . Fortunately I managed to realize my potential in the occupation I 've chosen Throughout all my life I 've been working with buildings and interior design , from the moment I graduated from National College of Appraisal and Property Management . I 've always believed that in to become a professional a person should improve his academic background in the chosen

field as well as practical skills . That 's why I chose to continue my education after graduation , and got the certificate of interior designer from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification , a diploma in Real Estate Appraisal from National College of Appraisal and Property Management , a certificate in Home inspection from National Institute of Building Inspection . Today my Interior design certificate is valid in New York , Texas and my application is pending for the state of New Jersey . The most recent degree I 've got is the B .S in Applied Science and Technology , Architectural Design

I 've began my career as a Drafting Technician in Mobil Pipe Line Company , but soon after that I realized I wanted to work with design The level of education I had at that moment wasn 't enough for this occupation , so I got the Certificate in Interior Design , and applied to General Electric Medical Systems , and got the position . After that I 've worked as a designer for several companies , improving my practical skills , and academic background . I 've always felt I had to study something new , that 's why , maybe , I 've changed quite a number of companies . I worked with different aspects of design , and , later , home inspection , but I 've felt I wanted to deal with more global tasks , and of course , I wanted to arrange my own company

That 's why the F M Associates Property Inspections , LLC , my own home inspection company appeared . I 've put lots of time and effort in this company , and now it is , so to say , my favorite child , a place where the professional team works

I 've also always believed that a person who is experienced in some field should transfer his or her knowledge to other people , to ensure that the professional secrets would not be lost . That is why I agreed to the position of the instructor in the Interior Design Program held by the Somerset County Technical Institute Present . For me teaching is an important aspect of my professional life , as it allows feeling that the knowledge I have won 't be lost

Of course I understand there are lots of things I don 't know about my profession . There are still lots of secrets to be learned , and lots of fields to be explored . I feel my company has to broaden the range of services we are able to offer to our clients . I 've...
